Health Office:

The Health Office is open to care for all student's health care needs while attending school. This includes all students with chronic health conditions and any illness or injury during the school day. If your child's health changes at any time, the school nurse is available to assist you in keeping your child healthy and in school.

Physical Exams

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires a copy of a physical exam upon entering school and every 3-4 years thereafter.  This generally occurs in Kindergarten, 4th, 7th and 11th grades.  If you are unsure if your child is up to date with their physical requirement, please contact the school nurse, as a hard copy of their latest physical is maintained in your child's medical record.  For students entering 11th grade, a physical exam dated 18 months prior to entering eleventh grade is acceptable.   You may contact your child's doctor and have them fax the physical exam to the health office.  If your child has not had an exam, please make an appointment with their health care provider.  If you are new to the community, or you are searching for a new provider, you may contact Manet Community Health Center @ 508-822-5500 for assistance.
